Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times range between 3 to 10 business days, depending on destination, shipping method, and regional logistics conditions.

Shipping Delays & Uncontrollable Events

Responsibility & Delivery

Once an order has been handed over to a third-party carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s terms and operational processes.

HomeyTrends is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by:

  • Courier errors or service disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Customs-related issues or additional fees

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details at checkout.

International Shipping

HomeyTrends ships internationally. For international orders, customers may be required to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees as determined by local authorities.

Customs processing times and decisions are outside our control, and HomeyTrends is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from customs clearance.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided where available once an order has been shipped. Tracking availability, updates, and accuracy depend on the carrier and regional logistics infrastructure.
