Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required for all returns
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a return or refund due to the fast-paced inventory burnout.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team before sending anything back. We’ll guide you through the process and make it as smooth as possible.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll make it right. Reach out to us and we’ll arrange a replacement or solution that works best for you.
EU 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
